How long does provisioning take?+
Stock configs deploy in under 4 hours. Custom builds (1 TB RAM, GPUs, specific RAID layouts) take 24–72 hours depending on parts availability. You'll get an estimate within 30 minutes of ordering.
Do you offer IPMI / KVM-over-IP?+
Yes — every dedicated server includes out-of-band management with virtual console, virtual media (ISO mounting) and power control. No extra charge.
Can I add more drives or memory?+
Yes. Most configs support up to 4 NVMe drives and double the base memory. Tell us what you need at order time, or scale later with a parts swap (we'll schedule a maintenance window).
What about GPUs?+
Available on request. Common: NVIDIA L4, L40S, A100, H100. Custom workstation builds with RTX 4090s also possible. Prices on application — most start around $250/mo over base config.
Is bandwidth really unmetered?+
Each server includes 20–30 TB monthly at 1 Gbps. Beyond that, we shape (not cut) traffic at -2 Mbps tiers. 10 Gbps and unmetered packages available on AX102 and up for an extra $40/mo.
